Simply life transformation is changing the way you lived before by creating a better life for yourself. It is possible to change your life in various ways. At first you need to change yourself. If you are willing to do so don't give up just make it happen? May come hell or high water.

10)  Make short term and long term goal wisely.                                                    

11)  Try to play different kinds of sports.                                                                

12)  Learn to embrace discomfort.

35)  Don't rush into checking your mail, reading news and anyone else's agenda.                                                                                                                

36)  Include physical practice in your morning routine.                                          

37)  Plan your day for what major things you want to finish? What interruptions are you likely to face? How will you handle them?                                                 

38)  Break your goal into smaller pieces. Make a list of every small task.              

39)  Criticism is a valuable gift. Learn how to take criticism. Never ignore it Learn from it .                                                                                                           

40)  Expand your network. Don't surround your life with people with no ambition and people who want to see you fail.                                                                  

41) Choose friends and associates who have a positive attitude and Surround yourself by innovators.                                                                                        

42)  If an idea excites you do it but remember don't do everything at once.         

43) Everybody's story is different .Take your own time and do things in your own way. Your path will not be exactly like others.                                                     

44) Maintain a success focus mindset. Believe you will succeed.                         

45)  humans need to rest and refuel. Make time for deeper self care.                   

46)  Invite your friend and coworker to your house compliment them and send a thank you note .                                                                                                    

47)  Stay away from toxic people ,toxic ideas , toxic conversation.                      

48)  Cut back on less healthy foods. start eating better. It will protect you from serious health problems.                                                                                    

49)  Have more energy, maintain a healthy weight, cook more often, never feel shy of yourself.                                                                                                 

50)  Take time to care for yourself. Never hurt and blame yourself.
